Matcha Cream Cheese Spread
Creamy and kissed with matcha’s gentle bitterness.
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- 200 g cream cheese (softened)
- 2–3 tsp matcha powder
- 2–3 tbsp honey or powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1–2 tbsp milk or cream (optional, for smoother texture)
Instructions
Whip Cream Cheese
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Add Matcha
Sift in matcha powder and mix until fully combined.
add Sweetener
Add honey or sugar, and mix
Serve
Spread on bagels, toast, or pastries.
